The Springs is a new and expansive Patio & Cocktail Bar located in Greenpoint, Brooklyn (224 Franklin Street). The design and menu takes inspiration from Palm Springs circa the 1950’s. This uniquely large indoor/outdoor resort-like oasis serves elevated and playful cocktails designed by Sarah Boisjoli and tasty bar snacks that come from the retro food truck outside. The Springs offers creative cocktails, delish small plates and a full slushy cocktail program featuring an addictive Aperol Spritz, Sunburn, and Scooby Snack. Craft American Beers on draft and by the can are also on the menu.
Don't miss Clinton Hall's outdoor beer garden in Williamsburg at the POD BK Hotel. The restaurant is part of The Lure Group’s growing hospitality portfolio, which includes Slate and Suite 36. Surf City (1 Marin Boulevard) Beach Bar in Jersey City has a Key West attitude with a NY/NJ latitude. The frozen drink machines work on overdrive throughout the summer season and this year Executive Chef Franco Robazetti is pulling out all the stops with a huge variety of surf and turf offerings, which is also what just won him a victory on "Chopped."
