If you've never heard of Night Nation Run, we won't hold it against you... but we do strongly urge you to get excited about it. The world's first running music festival is about to hit the streets of Vancouver for the first time. Get excited for 6th August. What is a running music festival, you ask? Well, it's anything but dull. You can expect 5km of live music, lights and lasers that will ignite your senses while you walk, run, or dance the night away. The racecourse is illuminated end to end, with multiple DJ stages en-route. It all leads to a main stage after-party, where you'll have the chance to party it up with some of the world's best DJs and celebrity performers. It's the most fun you'll ever have working out. And it's every EDM enthusiast's paradise.

The ticket price is $70 and registration provides one Night Nation t-shirt, glow necklace, free giveaways, and admission to the after-party. The unforgettable (if slightly absurd) event will be held at the Pacific National Exhibition on East Hastings, and gates open at 5:30pm. The first DJ will kick off the pre-party at 7:30pm to get your adrenaline pumping, and the race itself begins at 8:30pm. Be on the lookout for Light shows, Selfie-Stations and Glow Gear giveaways along the way, and don't forget to hashtag #NightNation for a chance to be featured on their website. So, what are you waiting for? Register now at nightnationrun.com . Get pumped for the event with this EDM travel playlist . Or fancy an even more intense challenge?
