Just few days ago, on July 17th, a long line of 650 guests of all ages, giggled and chatted away in anticipation of experiencing the first immersive multimedia event ever offered in supernatural British Columbia, Canada, at Whistler's Cougar Mountain.
Inspired by the local culture and the natural beauty of its location, the nightwalk uses a universal language, speaking to audiences of all ages and interests and bringing generations together using a combination of emotive lights, videos, soundscape and scenography. Guests are transported to another world, with plenty of opportunities to explore and engage with the environment.
The concept is based on a story of two hikers from long ago in search of a mystical valley where it's rumoured that star dust falls from the sky. A Vallea Lumina.
