Considering our varied interests, we all have different definitions of the ultimate dream job. For some, it's living remotely on an Australian island, or leading an Antarctic expedition. For others, it's drinking beer or sampling food, all while traveling the world. Now, there's a whole new dream job up on the roster, and we're pretty sure it's going to catch your attention.

Cancun.com is looking to hire a CEO (Cancun Experience Officer) or 'professional tourist', if you will, to live in sunny Cancun, Mexico for six months straight. According to a press release, they're looking to "find the right person to help us show the rest of the world everything Cancun has to offer, from the culture and community to its beautiful hotels and pristine beaches.”

The chosen applicant will do just that, by way of climbing 3,000 year-old pyramids, swimming with a 40,000 pound whale shark, and living in dreamy, luxury hotels the entire time. That, and the CEO will receive $10,000 a month just for creating videos, telling stories, and creating other content as they experience and discover Cancun.

Hopefuls can enter the contest through the application website, with submissions ending as of December 17. No direct experience is required, however according to the website, "the ideal applicant will have a unique eye for capturing stories, a warmth in interacting with others, a self-motivated work ethic, and a dedication to producing high-quality work." That, and they'll need to be at least 18 years old, fluent in written and spoken English, and available between March and August 2018 (with a valid passport).
