You'll likely have seen some Chinese decorations floating around the last couple of weeks and it's all in celebration of Chinese New Year. Although it technically kicked off yesterday (Friday, February 16) the festivities will continue for over two weeks.

The Chinese zodiac moves in a 12-year cycle, with 2018 marking the Year of the Dog. Chinese astrology says each animal symbolizes certain personality traits — so if you were born in the following years: 2006, 1994, 1982, 1970, 1958, the dog is your Chinese zodiac animal. You can calculate your zodiac sign here.
