London's Abbey Road Studios is arguably the most legendary recording studio in the world, housing generations of iconic artists such as The Beatles, Pink Floyd, Duran Duran and Michael Bublé. For the first time ever and thanks to Airbnb, you (along with three friends) can enter to win an overnight stay at the recording studio and record your very own song on October 15th.
And if recording in the world-renowned studio wasn't amazing enough, DJ/musician/producer Mark Ronson is also part of the big prize. Ronson (the producer behind mega hits like Bruno Mars' "Uptown Funk", Adele's album "19" and Amy Winehouse's "Back to Black"), will be there to greet the winners and help you record your song. Basically, you'll forever be the most envied person in your friend circle.
If you'd like to make sweet sounding memories with Mark Ronson at what he calls "one of the greatest studios ever", head to Airbnb to enter the contest. If you do win, be sure to follow some of the cheeky "house rules" of the studio:
Turn it up to 11 — we've got good soundproofing.
If you catch nostalgia, don't worry. It’s not contagious.
No smoking near the Moog.
If the phone rings, a standard "Hello, it's me" will do.
No matter what happens, just ... let it be.
Don't go chasing pavements.
Leave your mark.
Winners will be announced after October 6th, with all travel expenses included.
