No matter what, the beat must go on.

With the summer heat beginning to creep in and Memorial Day weekend coming right up, you’re probably beginning to feel a wee bit antsy. Sadly, there are still no outdoor festivals, but that doesn't mean you can't get down to the sounds of some absolute legends of the Detroit techno scene.

Generally associated with the kick-off the midwest festival season, Movement Detroit has just announced their lineup for their Movement At Home Livestream. Airing this weekend, the positively stacked lineup will feature local legends and international superstar DJs like ANNA, Carl Craig, and Rebüke.

Also joining the party is one of the godfathers of techno, Kevin Saunderson, who will perform a set featuring an exclusive b2b with his son Dantiez. Coming along for the ride are the notorious Dirtybird favorites Claude VonStroke and Justin Martin who will be sure to get your living room all hot and sweaty. If that doesn't convince you to tune in, you don’t want to miss your chance to catch incredible sets from Loco Dice, Seth Troxler, Drumcell, and many more.

The three-day livestream event will be hosted on Beatport and Paxahau’s Twitch channels. Virtual afterparties will take place on Saturday and Sunday with plenty of additional artists and special guests. Check Launchtrip+ for all the broadcast times and livestream links.

Movement is the most recent festival to step into the virtual world. Last week, EDC Las Vegas hosted a Virtual-Rave-A-Thon in place of its postponed event. Burning Man has also announced that it will be hosting a virtual event later this year due to the cancellation of its famed Black Rock mega-gathering due to Covid-19.

Added bonus to getting down to some of Detroit's finest dance and techno artists? All fan contributions made during the Movement At Home weekend will benefit the MusiCares’ COVID-19 Relief Fund, which helps those in the music community who have been affected by the pandemic.
