New York is known for its weird food. But when we say weird, we don’t necessarily mean bad, as many of the strange combinations have been created by genius minds (we're looking at you, rainbow bagel). And while we're a huge fan of that and the mufgel alike, it looks like there's a new craze in town. Blue Light Speak Cheesy (best name ever) has collaborated with Dough Doughnuts to create the donut grilled cheese.

The sandwich, which is filled with ooey-goey cheese and a fried egg, is squashed between two glazed doughnuts and grilled. Sounds like something out of a junk food dream, am I right? If you want to make that dream a reality, you're going to want to be at the Artist and Flea Market in Williamsburg on August 28th. If you can’t make it there, don't worry. Speak Cheesy will be setting up pop up locations around the city next month as well. And since it's fall, it's nearly bulking season, right?
