If all the talk about Vietnam as an up-and-coming destination has got you itching to take a tour of Southeast Asia, then All Nippon Airways has got the deal of a lifetime for you. The 5-star Japanese airline has revealed roundtrips from Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and San Jose to Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, Manila, Phnom Penh, and Shanghai for under $500 USD. The best part? The deal applies to open-jaw flights, flying into one Asian city and out from another – essentially a two-for-one travel deal.
For example, head to Momondo and plug in a flight from SFO to Bangkok (BKK), then select a departing flight from Kuala Lumpur (KUL) back into SFO for a total of $474 USD. Dates are spread throughout late August into November, and most flights make a quick stopover in Tokyo. Cities such as Houston, New York City, Seattle, and Washington DC also have flight deals in the $506 to $579 USD range – quite a steal considering regular flights across the continents are at a minimum of $900 USD.
If you're wondering how you'll travel between the different cities while you're there, worry not – air and train travel in Southeast Asia is extremely cheap. And if checking off multiple items on your travel bucket list in one trip is your thing (and why shouldn't it be?), there's no better time to see this part of the world.
